靶组织胰岛素抵抗的评估及其临床应用

[摘要]靶组织胰岛素抵抗的评估为深入了解胰岛素抵抗提供了强有力的工具。适合所有靶组织胰岛素抵抗的评估方法包括扩展正葡萄糖高胰岛素嵌夹技术、正电子发射X线断层扫描(PET)术、评估胰岛素信号通路;适合特定靶组织胰岛素抵抗的评估方法包括肝胰岛素敏感指数、骨骼肌胰岛素敏感指数等。在临床和科研工作中,应根据研究目的合理地选择靶组织胰岛素抵抗的评估方法。

[ Abstract] The assessment methods of tissue-targeted insulin resistance provide powerful tools to understand insulin resistance. The assessment methods that suitable for all the target tissues include extended
hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique, the positron emission tomography technique, and assessment of insulin signaling pathway. The assessment methods that fit for specific target tissue contains hepatic insulin sensitivity index, and the muscle insulin sensitivity index, etc. It is important to choose the right assessment
method of tissue-targeted insulin resistance that based on research purposes in clinical and research work.
