摘要：There is disclosed a wet wipe comprising a porous sheet impregnated with anaqueous lotion and, concentrated near the surface of the sheet, a hydrophobic ingrediententrapped in polymeric beads. The hydrophobic ingredient is usually a functionalingredient which is useful for treating the human skin or environmental surfaces. Thehydrophobic ingredient is preferably released in a controlled way. There are alsodisclosed methods of making said wet wipe.
